WELCOME TO THE JM LEXUS FAMILY

We are pleased to count you among our thousands of satisfied guests!  We have put together some valuable information regarding servicing your new Lexus.   We hope it is helpful and answers any questions you may have.

SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT:

For your convenience our Service Department is open seven days a week:

                             Monday thru Friday   7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

                             Saturday                 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

                             Sunday                   9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Drive-ups are always welcome however, to better serve your needs please call for an appointment when it's time to service your Lexus.  Call:  954-969-3245 for an appointment.  You can also make an appointment on-line by visiting our web site (www.jmlexus.com) and clicking on the Service tab.

When making a reservation for Express Service, 5,000 (including Lexus Personalized Settings) or 10,000 mile service, you will be given a one-hour estimated wait time.  If there are other concerns that must be addressed, the vehicle may have to go to the full-service shop and repairs may take more time to complete.  Therefore, it is important to let our Reservation Agent know if your vehicle might need more than the basic services.

Loaner vehicles are available for repairs that will take more than 2 hours to complete.*  

WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE DEALERSHIP

Pull into the right lane of the center drive and move as far forward as possible.  If you are not met by a Greeter, turn off your vehicle and come into the building to the center reception desk.  The Service Manager will introduce you to your Asst. Service Manager.

When you return to pick-up your Lexus, see the Asst. Service Manager who took care of you or the Manager at the center reception desk if your ASM is not in.

RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE

In order to keep your vehicle in top running condition, Lexus recommends that service be performed every 5,000 miles.  The Service Manual located in your glove compartment lists each service performed at 5,000 mile intervals.  Depending on the model, prices start at $129.95.

LEXUS WARRANTY

 - Basic warranty:        4 years / 50,000 miles, whichever comes first

 - Powertrain warranty: 6 years / 70,000 miles, whichever comes first

 - Corrosion warranty:   6 years
